Shipping policy

All orders will be processed and shipped out within 1-3 working days.

Depending on your chosen shipping method, please allow 5-7 business days for your package to arrive or 1-3 business days for all express orders to arrive. 

Once your package has left our care, transit times and/or unexpected delays are out of our control.

If you have any concerns or questions about your package, please contact the courier directly, otherwise, you’re welcome to contact me if your parcel has still not arrived after 10 business days and I will lodge an enquiry.

Please note; we are unable to take responsibility or compensate for packages that have been marked as delivered or where the incorrect shipping address has been provided.
